Patricia Jasinsky is a seasoned real estate professional with over four decades of experience, bringing unmatched knowledge and perspective to the Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach markets. Licensed since 1982, she began her career as a real estate closing agent before she and her husband purchased the Coldwell Banker franchise in 1988—establishing a long-standing presence in the local community.
In addition to traditional real estate, Patricia has extensive expertise in property management, having owned and managed a portfolio of up to 200 properties. This experience gives her a unique advantage when advising clients on investments, rental potential, and long-term property value.
Working alongside her husband as part of The Jasinsky Team, Patricia is known for her steady guidance, attention to detail, and commitment to doing what’s right for her clients. Her approach is rooted in experience, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of the local market built over decades.
Outside of real estate, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family, including her three adult children and five grandsons. She loves cooking, gardening, reading, and taking walks along the beach -fully embracing the lifestyle that makes Amelia Island such a special place to call home.

Bruce is also deeply rooted in the community and the industry. He was one of the five founding members of the Amelia Island–Nassau County Board of Realtors and has served as its President. His leadership extends beyond real estate, as he has also served as Past President of the Chamber of Commerce and Past Chairman of the Nassau County Committee of 100. He has contributed his expertise as a board member of Compass Bank and the Nassau County Boys and Girls Club, and as a member of the Nassau County Planning Advisory Board.
